cover-L-Twice-Poisoned-webMiss Lilly Lionheart and the Laboratory of Death: Part 2 Twice Poisoned, has just been released, and to celebrate we have Part 1: Once Bitten, available FREE here through the 1st and 2nd of March (US time)

Review by Eileen Mueller (originally intended for Amazon)

Lilly is kidnapped by The World Wide Web of Evil and kept in a sophisticated laboratory where kids are the geniuses and their evil captors definitely are not – although they’re still clever enough to keep Lilly imprisoned, battling against all odds to produce a dread-beast for Mr Big’s Spring Catalogue. Annie the Rottweiler keeps Lilly in line. The constant presence of camera droids also hampers her freedom, and there are minions galore. Along with clever jokes, inept helpers and a brilliant sidekick, Squidge, who can genetically engineer just about anything. The menagerie is full of weird creatures and Lilly and Squidge are about to make some even weirder ones…
This cross between a mad-scientist story and a spy adventure will appeal to clever kids with a whacky sense of humor! Ponder keeps us in suspense… in this first installment of what promises to be an exciting roller-coaster adventure.
